Barns Courtney- Liquid Death Collaboration
Creating a satirical logo for a company by using the vernacular of their brand

When deciding which company would blend well with the artist, Barns Courtney, I wanted to match the genre of music that Courtney creates and the feel of the typography and branding of the company, making liquid death make the most sense, with their edgy, punk style topography and skull logo, which is often an image being incorporated in his album covers. By matching the text font of Liquid Death, I masked out the text of the original image of a can and added a custom text to replace the old text and added some aging to add to the design and make it mesh with the photo of the physical can.
